Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Overlay, the two story structure thay hangs over the map, sinilar structures are in Lava fissure. It happened inside the top floor.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I used Lifelines L1 ability to deploy the health drone to then see it promptly fall through the floor and provide no healing.

How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Health Drone is deployed and can visually be seen falling about two feet into the floor, audio is apparent and working fine but the heal benefit is not working when it goes through the floor. This resulted in a ranked loss on Platinum.
What should be happening instead? The drone should be deployed and lifeline should receive healing. The drone should remain on the floor and not fall through it.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play lifeline and deploy the drone at Overlay drop spot, my gameplay lobby was Iowa GCE 3 with 37 ms. Perhaps it’s an error in the character rendering for Lifeline’s drone?
