LifeLine's Wake badge didnt unlock after getting 20 kills

Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Trying to equip the wake badge to lifeline
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Squad left the game early, issue occurred after returning to lobby
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 3
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 23/6/2019 EDT
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? upon returning to the lobby to equip the badge it appears to be locked after completing the challenge
What should be happening instead? after getting 20 kills, in the lobby after the match the badge should be unlocked in the badge inventory screen
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? the only way you could replicate this issue is would be to get 20 kills and see if you have the problem occur

I originally posted this issue a few months ago in June 2019, i have heard no response from EA or Respawn so i am now posting for the second time in hopes that this gets fixed! Not sure if it matters or not but I have changed my PSN id since this occurrence from "LeFupa" to "DeathByASyco" if you're wondering why my current name doesn't match the screenshots. I have seen other players with this issue and i am starting to see that none of them have had the their issue resolved or compensated. This game means a lot to me and grinding for weeks to get this badge just for it to not unlock is a real slap in the face.

Another month gone by not a single reply after being promised i would get help with my issue by the customer service, seriously pissed off at this point. i suspect they think i am full of * just trying to get a badge for something i didn't do.

Sorry that this didn't get a reply earlier. 

I see the date for the earn is quite a while ago, can you confirm it's from back in June? Also have you had any issues earning any other badges since your PSN ID change?

I don't have a way to grant the badge myself so we can't help directly, but we'll raise this with some other reported badge issues.

Its fine just glad i have gotten a response finally, i hope others with this issue will get a reply as well. below i will have attached a screenshot of the exact time this screenshot was created. I have not had any other issues with badges. I will add that i am very upset that the issue isn't getting resolved not only for myself but other players that have been cheated out of a very important accomplishment within this game. myself and many other players dream of pulling off a 20 kill game and when the day finally comes it really hurts to not get to show it off.

I had this exact same thing happen except with Octanes Wake and Octanes Wrath (4k damage)
