Legends Event Update - Broke Screenshot Ability! - Over A Year No Fix - Help EA? [ Edited ]

What happens when the bug occurs? The 'Legends Event' update broke the Screenshot feature, I can no longer take a screenshot.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to take a screenshot with any key on the keyboard assigned in the settings.

I've been playing around 140 hours of Apex and I've never run into this problem until the 'Legends Event' update.

Now when I assign a key for the Screenshot feature in the settings and I press the key nothing happens.

I even reinstalled Windows and the game and it still did not work, when I did all this, there was not even an r2 directory being created.

Maybe there is a way for me to fix this on my end, if so it would really be great if an EA DEV can work with me on this?

I am in a Clan and I run a Gaming Community, and I have no need for installing Rendering Software, I just want the feauture to work in the game so I can take screen shots for the Clan and Community.

This is a really important feature I need for the Clan and Community

im having problems with my keysbinds they are set up and everything yet they dont work when im in game this happened after the resent patch

Hey, it looks like the patch came with a few keybind issues. The studio are aware of the issue, hopefully there' be an update soon.

@EA_David Has this been fixed yet? I've un-installed and re-installed 2x without any fix. The last re-install didn't even create the r2 folder where the screenshots are stored.
Regardless of what key-bind I use for it, still nothing.... no screenshot.

@EA_David Heal keybinds were fixed, however as @WoodenPope says, it seems that the screenshot keybind is still broken. Missed screenshotting my first 20 bomb because of it =(
