Legacy Achievement Not Completing

The achievements that are bugged out for me are

The Forge & Legacy of Tython: The Forge

Both say 0/1 and I did complete them.

I completed the forge on 2 characters in my main server so did the story mission 2 times.

 

But they both still show and not complete and 0/1
