What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know because it appears suddenly.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I load/play sims.
What do you expect to see? Don't appear this error last exception.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@James20001120 What else happens ? Just this exceptions ?
Did you invite any Sims over ? Could you give some more background ?

No, I didn't invite any sims over. This error appears when I load/play sims or go to other sims house. 

I remove all mods, but the las exception still appears.

The error didn't appear in the previous saves.

I don't know how to fix it, because it still appears after I remove all CC and Mods.

No Modder know what it is.

Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

• Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
• Tray Folder
• Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
• Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
• Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
• ConfigOverride, if you have your own configuration files.
• Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

I follow the steps(1.rename and repair game 2.start new game 3.put back save file start again no mods and no cc).

When I try step 3, the last exception appears, I sure this is EA bug now.

@James20001120 Do you have any rental lots that are supposed to be residential lots ?

Looks like something is wrong with a lot in your game. Could be the active one or another.

i had this problem too and i have the better exceptions mod installed. After looking through the report i could see that after npc invite situation it also had this:

It is forcing an error as the dog has no home and is in a 'homeless' household if that makes sense.
