Lana Romance Bug

What time did this happen? Please include the timezone. 1:00 pm PST, happens every single time
What class were you playing? Powertech / Vanguard
What role were you playing? Damage
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I've reported this before and was told that the issue was found, but the issue is still present. Since the return of the companion Elara Dorne I chose her as my romance companion, but when I start the Jedi Under Siege storyline I still get the romance cutscenes with Lana Beniko. My Companions windows doesn't mention that I broke up with Lana, even though I did the break up cutscene with her. Is there a solution.
What do you expect to see? Not a Lana romance cutscene
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unknown, just start the Jedi Under Siege storyline and see if there's still a Lana romance cutscene

For a long time my Trooper still gets the Romance cutscenes for Lana Beniko when he's not on a relationship with her.
