Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. was possibly 2nd ring heading towards next zone. can't remember which part of the map i was in.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. running to next zone and game started lagging / freezing. got kicked to main menu and tried to reconnect and kept saying unable to connect to lobby then i got penalty and lost 150 rank points.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know

What happens when the bug occurs? game starts to lag/freeze.. i lost all voice communication and text in game. then i get kicked out to main menu. tried to reconnect and it keeps saying it failed.. i have screen shots.
What should be happening instead? i shouldn't be laggin especially on fiber internet. i should be able to play like i have been the last 10+ games all day.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i have no clue. it randomly happend. i can still see death/news feed of people dropping/getting knocked but i can't move or type or say anything.
the lagging/disconnecting has been happening more often now for some reason. my connection is secured and stable since no one else in my house lost network.
