Lagging/Stuttering/ FPS Drop

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Happens soon as in a match
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Standard shooting,looting and moving
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 1
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Since the last week of season 8 and beginning of season 9
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? The game will run smoothly for a few seconds then it will start to stutter/ lag but I don’t get any red symbols in the top right corner, FPS is between 40-20
What should be happening instead? No lagging or stuttering
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know but If you can have a look at my account (JimTheSnurf) The pictures are a week apart each.

Honestly I can’t do anything, already tried ea support and they couldn’t help

I have this problem too on the xbox one s, I hear Its like this on the base xbox one and s and it's just that the game isn't optimized for them very well.

We should go through some connection troubleshooting to rule out those issues. Are you on a wired or wireless connection?

I'm on wireless I normally have about 70-100 ping on ea servers
