Lag after talking photos and exiting Build mode

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter and exit build mode, take photos (in-game - Sim). Trying to get rid of the ghost.
What happens when the bug occurs? After taking photos or performing activities in build mode, the game starts to lag. It isn't possible to send the ghost back to the afterlife on the tombstone.
What do you expect to see? Normal transition from Build Mode/taking photos to game/playing. The return of the option to get rid of the ghost.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

These bugs - especially with build mode, appeared regardless of mods. Previously, I had no mods and it also happened.

On the lag after photos and going to either build or CAS, that is normal.  But you can hurry the process along by hitting the ESC key on a PC or Mac to open the Gameplay Options menu.  Or you can open the Gameplay Options menu directly.  You can also do it when you enter build or CAS as well and it will restore FPS there.  Either way quickly restores FPS I have found.

On the ghost not being able to be sent to the Netherworld.  Is the option missing on the urn/tombstone or is the option there but the ghost doesn't go when you click it?

FYI, in the future, please start separate reports for different issues.

Please create a separate thread for the ghost issue. Make sure to try fresh save with no mods before reporting to make sure it's not mod related at all.
