[LS] Random female Sims using the masculine version of the new underpants

How often does the bug occur? Unsure, in my case it was a coincidence that my test Sim got these pants.
What is your current game version number? 1.108.335.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? a lot
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure, I started a new save with a randomly generated Sim because I wanted to test another bug and they happened to use the new underpants from Lovestruck for their sleep wear.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sim's sleep wear was using the new underpants from Lovestruck but it used the masculine version and also gave her masculine legs although her settings are the defaults for feminine Sims (see first screenshot). After I went into CAS and chose the underpants again it changed to the feminine version and also fixed her legs (see second screenshot).
What do you expect to see? No random feminine Sims using masculine CAS assets.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Installing Lovestruck.
