[LD] Sims can make heirlooms at vacation rentals

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.265.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything, including Life and Death (thanks to EA for the free early access)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Take one or more Sims on vacation to a vacation rental lot.
2. Wait a few minutes (it seems to take a moment for the heirloom option to show up generally)
3. Click on any heirloom eligible item
What happens when the bug occurs? 4. You can make heirlooms on vacation lots
5. You can pass on these heirlooms in your will
What do you expect to see? Not to be able to heirloom stuff that doesn't belong to my Sim.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?
I haven't played on yet to see what happens with the actual heirloom but it's still in my Sims will when I got home
I can't actually assign it anymore on the home lot though

I have the same issue. It's not that big of a deal but I think heirloom selection should be disabled while on vacation.
