Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When Origin is in online mode load up game and have some sims get to know a bunch about each other and gain some sentiments. Then click on the different acquaintances/friends in the area where who your sim knows and try to open profiles. However issue goes away when in offline mode. What happens when the bug occurs? Opening the profiles of different sims will either give you no sentiment, likes/dislkes info or the popup won't happen at all and loading screen music plays. What do you expect to see?To see sims profiles with their known information (likes, dislikes, relation, sentiments) Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?No, and I have repaired game 2 times. when ever i try and open the sims profile panel it doesn't seem to work.
i first saw it when i updated my game with the new likes and dislikes update patch. and didn't have any mods installed in my game.
is anybody having this problem or is there a way to fix this.

I'm assuming this is what I had, although I didn't know what happened. My Sim went on a date and got a sentiment--opposites attract, I think. I tried to click the profile to see the sentiment and got LOUD MUSIC, like I was in Build/Buy, and no Sim Profile. The only way to make the music stop was to travel or go into Build/Buy.
I’m having the same problem again, I repaired the game and it seemed to have worked before however now the problem is back and only happens on specific sims...
