Kuiil is an Ugnaught.  He should be selectable for the event Ground Wars: Assault Battles, Battle Separatists.

Hi @sonicclash and thanks for the report.

We have checked with the team and this is specifically referring to the character Ugnaught. There is no Ugnaught tag in game so Kuill is not counted as a required character for Ground Wars: Assault Battles, Battle Separatists.
