Kids Homework stops at 75%

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.65.70.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Nifty Knitting
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Set Kid to do Homework
What happens when the bug occurs? Homework says completed but is only showing at 75% in School Section Tab
What do you expect to see? Seeing completed in School Section Tab
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After Eco Lifestyle and Patch

Kids Homework is not showing as completed in the relevant place but only showing 75% and there is no option to finish the Homework.
