Kick Meter doesnt respond to second and third button clicks.

Summarize your bug When I attempt a kick, the game is not registering gamepad button clicks number two or three to determine the power then the accuracy of my kick. This is the only part of the game where the button clicks are not registering. It only happens on my Asus tower, not my laptop. The game does register the button click to initiate the kick.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt a kick in Franchise or Practice. All-Madden on Windows 10 PC with an XBox Bluetooth Controller with all graphics settings maxed out. Using Miami Dolphins.
What happens when the bug occurs? Kick is shanked to the left and barely travels 20 yards
What do you expect to see? A kick indicative of attempted button input

Hey @kmjeter

Do you know whether this works if the Xbox One controller is plugged into your ASUS tower directly with a USB cable? Are you sure the controller has the latest driver updates on your PC?

I have the same problem on a PS4 & PS4pro. Snap is fine but the kick (X button) does not register the next 2 presses. Basically makes the kicking game broken.

• Do you have the game installed on an external hard drive?
• Have you tried reinstalling the game?
• Are you using a custom PS4 controller or the controller that came with the system?

Nope it's installed on the PlayStation's default drive.

Yes and I had it happening on my PS4, over Xmas I got a PS4pro installed it and just recently reinstalled it again.

No I use the pro's default Sony controller.

*I've had it happen as far back as Madden16 but it was never this bad.

From searching around forums I've read:

it only happens in download versions
Its a Sony problem

Its happened to others going back to 2014

*Not sure if any of those are true?

Hey @Fishey516 Does it happen on other controllers to test and see if it's hardware related? We've seen some very minor reports around this.
