Jedi Master Kenobi event crash report investigation (log request)

• Extra info : Game crashed on 1 of the attempts for tier 1 of Kenobi event. It only happened once, so I only lost 15 LS tickets. Great connection, first time it’s happened to me.

game crashed at the end of the tier 1 event, tickets lost and no shards gained

• Date and time of the crash (please add your time zone!): 0745 EST 
• Device logs (a guide on how to get the logs can be found HERE- Went through all the files… none said Star Wars or anything close.
• Any additional details: playing through the first tier of GL Kenobi event, had downed one droid. Game “glitched” then shut down. Upon restart, no shards had been awarded, and I was down tokens.

I have problems

with crashing Kenobi event

at the end of first event it just crashes.

Game crashed twice on tier 1, and once on tier 2 within 10 mins of each other.

Between 9:20-9:30am Est last tier on the Jedi Master Kenobi Event to earn Ultimate Shards. Game went to black screen for 3 minutes and froze right after I activated his Ulimate for the event battle. I restarted the game, and lost my 70 light side tickets and didn’t earn the the ultimate shard. It’s hard enough that it takes 2 days to earn those Light side tickets.

Last night there was a bug around 11pm ... I was kicked out of the game twice while trying to open the Jedi Master Kenobi ... 30 tickets swallowed me nonsense you can easily check

Dear,

I am writing you for second time, today at tier one Kenobi journey the game has crashed once again.

I play on IOS 14.7.1.

It is third time it crashed so I have  lost total 45 tickets and gain no Kenobi shards.

Please provide me some answer what I can do.
