Dear support,
I started the event a few days ago and I've already lost 6 rounds at 15 shards each. The application closes at the start of the battle. I have already lost 90 shards it is very annoying. Thank you for your help and fixing the bug. I don't know whether to continue the event so as not to continue losing coupons.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I start the battle

I bought light side currency for my master kenobi journey their 1. The first several attempts were fine but then there was a glitch during the last 2 battles where I was suddenly forced my out of the entire game - and it happen both times only at the very end of battle after the defeating the last droid.  I lost out on 30 light side currency without showing my victory. Am I able to get reimbursed for the lost currency?  Sounds like this happening a lot. Can it be fixed? Not sure I want to continue wasting more time and money if it’s not reliable. Please help me. Thank you

My tier 4 won’t start - even tho master Jedi Kenobi has 85 shards.  I have completed tier 3 and have 70+ tokens to start tier 4

This is the second time for me on the first mission, there should be compensation for players that have lost out on light side currency, people spend hundreds of dollars and this bug is still going around that’s 2 years old? Ridiculous.

Hi, 

now for the second time in a row the game crashed without an error in the midst of the JMK event on Tier 1. I‘m stuck on 7/8 loosing tickets with each try.

Platform is Apple Ipad (16.6.1). Ally code is:993-252-197
