I am sorry to say you are not likely to see results ASAP. I reported on this thread over a year ago, they have all the data they need they just refuse to correct the issue as a priority. The only reason you don't see more uproar is because people eventually get through it and it loses steam.

I don’t have time to do the device logs, that is too much.
You should make your game run smoother for us long timers that have been here since the very start

time: around 21:30 (CET)

unable to get logs.

 

I've done the fight 6 times without issues, last 2 tries ended in crash on 2 different platforms.
While trivial, I've learned to do the fight pretty well and seems like if you do things in the right way the probability of the crash are higher. Next time I'll act dumber... I don't think I can lose anyway..

  • Date and time of the crash (please add your time zone!): 1/15-1/19 I dont have exact days/times because I was never expecting to have to go through this 
  • Device logs (a guide on how to get the logs can be found HERE) I dont have access to a PC or MAC to extract the logs from the device.

  • Any additional details: This has been an extremely frustrating customer experience. I've spent well over 10k ++ with you guys and keep getting a run around. All I wanted was to be refunded my tickets or crystals since I've now wasted real money buying tickets, crystals by doing refreshes etc all for the game to crash. I tried to reach out to in-game support and got told to reboot my internet and device then redirected here with no context or acknowledgement of the issue being a well known issue while they give me a link to this thread. As well as no known compensation for the issues. Should I just stop supporting everything EA? This has been really poor customer experience for something that could easily be compensated in a timely manner since it's a well-known bug spanning over 2years.
