• Any additional details: 3 crashes total. 1st was on the opening cutsecne. Next attempt allowed for complete playthrough. Next 2 attempts crashed when using "Cody" on his second turn.

in phase 1 , 1 of at the cinematic , 1 of at the mid fight , 1 of at the end of battle. 

It’s very boring when you waste ur time , money , shard and crystals for nothing. 

please check stats and logs and gibe me what i had to own.

I cannot find my crash report because I do not share with app developers. My issue was during tier 1 of the JMK GL event. It crashed during game play. This was my first time experiencing this type of crash. Playing since the beginning. The difficulty obtaining the tickets necessary to participate in the actual event is a pain. Especially, if you spend crystals on energy refreshes.

I've crashed twice now at the middle of Tier 1 and did not get my shards.

Crash has happened 3 times over the last week. The most recent one being this morning (April 22nd) around 8-9am eastern time. I filed reports with ea each time it happened. 

I'm only having issues with tier 1. I enter the battle, the cinematic plays but before the battle starts the game crashes. It brings me to my home screen. I reopen the game and it loads as if the game wasn't already open. When I get back into game and check my tickets I notice they're gone. This bug has cost me 45 light side gl tickets over the last week. I reported to ea but they REFUSED to do anything for me. Please fix this immediately!

Any additional details: Allowed me to launch the battle but during the opening cinematics the game crashed and closed before the battle began. Game deducted LS currency from me both times. Would like to be reimbursed for 30 LS currency please. Thank you!

It has crashed twice. Both on JMK tier 1. First time was on 4/22/22 at 9:00 am CST.  The second was just now, 4/23/22 at 3:25 CST.  The first time, after I took about 4-5 turns, the game just froze and I was forced to close the game. When I reopened my 15 tickets were gone and no shards awarded. The second time the game crashed and closed on its own after about 3 turns. When it reopened my 15 tickets were gone again and no shards awarded.

04/25/22 6:30 EST, 04/26/22 5:50 EST. 

I have lost 30 LS tickets as a result of this bug. Twice now I have started the initial battle for JMK journey and had the game force quit on me. I'm particularly frustrated as if this had not happened, I would have JMK unlocked in time for the new GAC. I even spent 600 extra crystals on refreshes this morning to make sure I had enough LS tickets to make up for the crash last night only to have it happen again this morning. Please make this right!
