Jedi Lessons' duration is not being reset when at max stacks [ Edited ]

Summarize your bug "Inherited Teachings" and "They Grow Beyond" do not reapply a Jedi Lesson buff on a target or self when the target or self is at max 3 stacks nor do they reset the stack duration. The first one goes against how the game commonly works and the second is against the description in Luke's kit that states "If they already have Jedi Lessons, the duration for all current stacks on them is reset".
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Swgoh.gg ability mechanics states this functionality clearly.

In swgoh.gg ability mechanics you do first:

context #12: Check if target(s) blackboard specialability_grandmasterluke_grandmasters_lessons_counter value is less than 3

And after for Jedi Lessons:

Jedi Lessons: This effect will EXECUTE if the context #12 effect successfully executed

Jedi Lessons do not get reapplied because it is skipped if the target is at max stacks. There is no clause for stack duration reset. This goes against Luke's kit.

I may have jumped to conclusions too fast with what is the issue. In any case there is something wrong with JML's ult charge in the reddit thread vid. Jedi Lessons does have the same structure for reset as C3PO's translation but because we don't see the actual code and have no platform to test we players don't really know what is going wrong.
