Jedi Knight Luke doesn’t dispel on basic vs JMK

Summarize your bug JKL’s basic says dispel then deal damage. My understanding is that all buffs including foresight should be dispelled and then he deals damage. However, when the enemy has foresight, JKL does not dispel any buffs or deal damage and the foresight is only removed. Am I missing something or misinterpreting something in the kits?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play JML lead with GMY, GAS, JKL and Revan against JMK and see JKL does not dispel buffs on enemies with foresight.

Shouldn’t JKL dispel all non-locked buffs on basic even if the enemy has forsight?

@Jiefoo This is WAI.
Hit/Miss always occurs first before damage or dispel effects. So unless the ability can't be evaded, like Nest Basic or Sion's AOE, Foresight will make the entire attack miss.

Exactly what EnigmaPotatoes said. Like with Chewie, the dispell itself is being dodged. You need an attack that can't be evaded.

@EnigmaPotatoes The kit says, dispel all buffs and deal physical damage. So doesn't the foresight get dispelled? Or are you saying unless the attack can't be evaded, 'dispel all buffs' really means dispel all buffs except foresight for the fact that foresight causes that dispel attempt to miss? Thanks for clarifying.

@Jiefoo If the attack misses, no buffs are dispelled or damage that occurs.
This is the case for any dispel that can be evaded, not just JKL.

The order of operations is:
1 - Hit/Miss
2 - Dispel Buffs
3 - Damage Calculation

So because the attacked missed, it doesn't dispel buffs or deal damage.
