I am having the same issue. I'd also like to add that this issue is persisting after the hotfix due to Leia's release. Currently 11/12 materials and the mission is now locked. Ally Code: 186484184

My assumption is that during the first bug with leia's release, players (myself included) tried the jabba ultimate mission to see if we could still receive the ultimate mats but were unable to. Since the game saw we completed the mission, it counted it towards the 12 max completions without players recieving an ability mat. This seems to just be an issue of the game miscounting how many ability materials we have recieved due to the original bug created with Leia's release.

I did, and they were unable to provide help. I was told they brought the issue up internally and to post here.

I also tried one while it was bugged, so that’s probably right. Ugh.
I contacted live support chat in game. 24 hours later they confirmed I was playing swgoh. Eventually they told me to post here, and that the team is aware of the issue. I don’t think live support is going to help.
they could always just give us the ult token. :P

I have the exact same issue, both with the game with Jabba's Journey marked complete too early and with EA support being no help. EA support told me they can not modify our game state (i.e. either give us one ultimate ability material or correct the journey completion state and that I should post in the forum.
Hope we get a reply here from some one who can actually resolve the issue.

I've also tried contacting support, all they said was that they send it to some other team and if there is multiple stories like mine, it might be solved by patch/etc
