Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? after Rey gives you the extra information you then go and buy a fake ID card. You travel to first order and you get uniform off an officer. you then get your droid to scramble the door, put on your uniform and you go into the hologram table
What happens when the bug occurs? the option to do the mission comes up grey and tells me i must impersonate officer
What do you expect to see? the mission to come up white and allow me to click on mission to use hologram table 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

@JessiLownds Sorry for the late answer but did you loose the fake Id ? There's a known bug with that.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? once you have the fake id card and the uniform you go to the holotable
What happens when the bug occurs? it does not let me click on the holitable option it appears grey
What do you expect to see? option to be allowed to be clicked

yes i have the OD card i have about 2 or 3 now 

yes i have the uniform 

yes i’ve broken in using a droid 

yes i’ve been id checked but sometimes they kick me out of the place

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Same as mentioned before, got the ID, the uniform, and when I click on the Holotable, cannot Access First Order plans, it’s grayed out... tried it many time but the same... can’t finish the mission and keep playing
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing
What do you expect to see? I would like to finish the mission and be able to have Access First Order Plan and keep playing

I’m on Xbox, I don’t have an active mission but every time I buy Fake IDs in Batuu at one lot, when I travel to another lot, they disappear. And because I’m on Xbox I can’t download my files… and yes I own all packs… I started noticing when I went with Chewbacca and had an option to use a fake ID and it was grayed out, and I had just got 4 in the resistance camp.

At home I have 19 fake IDs, but in black spire I only had one but still was not able to use while on the mission
