JMK Tier 1 event crashes

Summarize your bug The Jedi Master Kenobi event just crashes out, I don't have any issues anywhere else in the game, just in the JMK event and so far only in tier 1, completed tier 2 without any issues and so far tier 3 once also without a problem. For the last weeks I haven't experienced any problems anywhere else in game, this is isolated to Tier 1. I have read that you can't compensate the Light Side tickets so that leaves 2 options, shards or crystals. I could have been done with Tier 1, at this point the game has crashed 3 times on me during this event, so that's 30 shards. As long as these crashes keep happening having the shards would be my preferred solution since with crystals I would still have to play the event and chances of the crash happening are now about 50/50. Played it 8 times in total, 3 crashes.

Please don't dismiss this issue, there are a lot of players affected by this, I have a video (https://youtu.be/txKwAvUePxA) proving the crash just happens out of nowhere.

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the Light Side tickets used, sorry.

The team have previously looked into reports of issues with the Jedi Master Kenobi Event, but after their investigation, no new issues were found. We have also checked the logs available to us but could not find anything to point to the crash in tier 1 that you mentioned.

We have now brought this to the team for further investigation.

I have The same problem. Happend twice in a row. Now im affraid to even play The event cause of The lost of light side tickets.
