Played the first tier of JMK event 4 times now, only has crashed on the most recent attempt right before giving out rewards. Super pissed about that, but I’ve also had issues with TB battles crashing about once every phase.
It’s annoying when it takes you 4-5 months to farm the materials to start the event just to have the battles crash and cause more time to be put into the event. I’m not looking for anything for the TB battles but I would appreciate it being looked into. I’m really frustrated when I’ve taken a whole day to farm tickets just to have the game crash right before rewards and have to repeat it over again the next day with no progress. This needs to be fixed.

The team are aware of increased rate of crashing. They are working to reduce these over the next several title updates. More information can be seen in the below link:

@EA_UltraSlide There should be more compensation than just a one time 300 crystal payout, especially if the event keeps crashing...there's lightside energy, shards, gear, im sure plenty of ways to compensate for the game's issue
