Items deleted, more items deleted after reaching out to customer service

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I tried remodeling my house and it deleted my entire bathroom of items, when I reached out to customer service and followed their instructions it deleted all my outdoor items including my hot tubs
What do you expect to see? I thought I would find my items in the storage/inventory tab, when it wasn’t there I looked in the buy tab where it would usually say “1 item in storage” and show the item as green. The items were still green but instead only had the option to buy them again. When I reached out to customer service to try to get them back it instead deleted all my outdoor items including the ducky towels, hot tubs, gazebo, picnic blanket, etc
