Issues with aspirations

I noticed that when one of my sims had the soulmate aspiration, it said I needed to complete 200 romantic interactions with the sims soulmate. I started having her do romantic interactions but it wouldn't register in the aspiration and the sim was in fact, her soulmate.. they weren't lovebirds or anything like that. The issue eventually resolved itself. Also, my sims were on a date and one of the goals was to flirt or something, I had them flirt and there was a lag when showing up as a completed interaction, it went to 3, 4.. 6 and then back to like 3 and then back to 6.
