Issue with a Daily Goals

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do complete the relantionship event in the game but the do not count for daily goal. Exemple: today I had just complete 3 events, but at the daily goal count, It shows as I completed none.
What do you expect to see? I expect the daily goal list to register correctly the social events I complete

Additional feedback I use either wi fi and cellphone connection. My version is in portuguese.
