Issue after eco retreat bought

Help! 

I recently bought the eco retreat and ever since my game has gone crazy. I moved three sims into the house and fixed it how I wanted it and everything started after that. Two were moved to the main house and the others went to the third. Now no ones in the right home and when I go to change it it won’t let me. There isn’t a countdown anymore when doing a task with the little blue clock. No cupcakes. When I select for a sim to do a event I can but then it appears they aren’t doing anything.  They won’t glow pink like usual. When I click on the sim they are doing the event. My sims that work downtown I am able to make them work but no countdown. They can do tasks but it won’t have the pink check mark when their done anymore. My one sim that works at the water front in the spa I can make work as well but no star task options are present above in the spa. I can’t even play him when he works. One of my sims was doing the home bake challenge and when I had him in town to go back home he ended up going to where his wife’s place of work is. Also usually if they go home to go to the bathroom if I don’t do anything they’ll leave back to work themselves. My sims just stand there now.

I'm having similar issues as well. I purchased the prefab Eco Retreat and glitches kept occuring across all of my devices. Items I purchased disappeared, also items out in storage disappeared. My STS competition area never showed up in the update. I completed the entire Eco Workshop challenge but with no competition area I can't complete the Mid-Century Modern event.

Thanks for making this report. You've listed a few different issues there in the one report. We ask that issues are allocated to a single report at a time as when they are together, it makes tracking and offering advise tricky. We may already have an active dedicated bug report thread opened for some of these. You can double-check using the "List of known bugs", as well as using the search function at the top of the page.

If there isn't an active thread dedicated to each of the bugs you're experiencing here, please go ahead and create a new bug report, one per each individual bug. That way, we can track things easier and provide relevant information regarding the specific bug.

I'll lock this thread in the meantime so as not to split up the information from those dedicated bug reports or to muddle issues together.
