Summarize your bug Hermit yoda is able to assign master's training unique buff to isolated ally. Isolation descriptions says "Can't gain buffs..." and master's training description says "unique buff" so i assume this buff should be prevented by isolation. I experienced this behavior playing against squad: revan, gm yoda, hermit yoda, bastila, general kenobi

This is working as intended. A key line from the description of "Master's Training" is "cannot be prevented". The target will always gain the buff despite their status condition. It can also be applied when the target has buff immunity.
Other examples of things carrying "cannot be prevented tags":
Zombie revive vs Nihilus's Annihilate or Boba's executed - "revive cannot be prevented" trumps "cannot be revived".
Han Solo's opening shot vs a guarded ally - guarded prevents the stun.
Jyn Erso cannot be stunned vs unavoidable stuns - she won't receive the stun.
In short, when two conflicting abilities have lines such as "cannot be prevented" and "cannot gain buffs", the positive effect takes precedence.
