Invisible floor that makes the game crashes

What happens when the bug occurs? I was walking through the house and when i walked from one room to another, i noticed that the floor was invisible in the space that divides one room from another, just a line of like 5 centimeters, and when i walked through it, the game crashed (not as the game don't crash by itself all the time, literally...all..the...time...and i know that EA fault, but this time i found something wrong with the map to report).
What should be happening instead? not crashing lol
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter in a match in this current patch and go to the house that i marked on the picture
