Try the following: Move everything you can out of her inventory (that you want to keep). Either place it in the world or move to another Sim.
Then make sure you have this Sim selected (I would also save the game under a new name in case anything goes wrong), then use the cheat: inventory.purge. This will remove all stuck items as well as possible invisible ones. You will loose all the items that you had but couldn't drag out but it's better than more stuff getting stuck.
See if it newly occurs afterwards.
