What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All up to Riviera Retreat Kit/Cozy Bistro Kit

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try using the swatch tool to change the swatch

What happens when the bug occurs? The swatch cannot be changed

What do you expect to see? I expect to be allowed to change the swatches with the swatch tool

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Yup, cant use the design tool on this item for me either.
