Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Left from center of a swamp near beacon
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was on pathfinder ulty zipline and opening a red crate at the same time from its back side.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I guess by using pathfinder zipline in a corner, witch consist of a wall and back of a red crate. Open crate when on a zipline and near the corner
My guess is that opening crate from its back pushed me inside a corner. game register pushing out of textures and killed me on a spot. But it happend in a second, i was not falling trough textures.
