XP/Level decrease/Perks lock

XP to level up is also being given based on my correct level, so much less than the lower incorrect XP level showing up at the moment.

I was half way through level 21 or 22 (I don't remember which) I have now been reset to level 14 and it says it will take 21,000 xp to level up also now have -13 skill points. (I'm on xbox one)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sort the xp glitch out return me to my level and restore skill points
What happens when the bug occurs? -4 skill points and 32000 to level up
What should be happening instead? I should not have -4 skill points or 32000 xp to level up

What happens when the bug occurs? The skill points gets deducted as my level on pro clubs gets reduced by 6-8 ratings
What should be happening instead? my level should stay as it is and i should have the possibility to spend my points

I have played 73 matches and been promoted to level 20, but often my level drops to 13 and i get -points instead of going to zero when i spend them. frustrating to play when you need the points to get better, and there are no way to fix it... it has been happening since the release of the full edition for those who have ordered the ultimate edition...
