Summarize your bug I have two account for NBA live, both cant play in SEASON mode when i play against UTAH JAZZ. i have 1 id named Johny (UID : 150460793) and one again as a guest named Genius (UID : 151152937). i have already reported this issue on 21st february 2018 with case number is 39128431, and still waiting from EA Team to solve this issue.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try to play against UTAH JAZZ in season mode
What happens when the bug occurs? Waiting for loading (downloading or warming up) but has never ending and never start the game
What do you expect to see? I can play again in season mode, and continue my season for both account

I have one id named Johny (UID : 150460793) and one again as a guest named Genius (UID : 151152937). I have already reported this issue on 21st February 2018 with case number is 39128431, and still waiting from EA Team to solve this issue. Looking forward for your feedback.
