Summarize your bug Keeps loading when trying to join Cataclysm.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to join Cataclysm for the first time.
What happens when the bug occurs? It just stays on loading screen forcing me to quit the game.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to join and enjoy cataclysm.

I have the same issue. Nothing works. Is not just Cataclysm (that's 100%). If you try to join something else same issue occur 3 times out of 10 attempts.

I have similar PC specs and the exact same thing happens to me. I've never played Cataclysm, nor seemingly will I ever be able to...

Same problem here, been 3 weeks already, hoping for a fix is asking for miracle at this stage. THREE godam weeks and no fix when the event is going to end xD. PATHETIC

I'm using an FX8350 with a GTX1060 Graphics Card and don't have a problem with Freeplay, just the missions linked to the Cataclysm event.

I've tried...

1. the repair
2. the uninstall, remove all of the directories and reinstall
3. changes to graphics settings (both up and down)
4. switching off background apps

I even tried disabling the HD audio devices for my monitor (in case a conflict was the answer) and none of it has made any difference. Freeplay and Leg Missions work, Cataclysm does not.
