What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except for Journey to Batuu, and the following Kits: Courtyard Oasis, Industrial Loft, Incheon Arrivals, Modern Menswear, Blooming Rooms, Moonlight Chic, and Bathroom Clutter.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Transfer a save file from one computer to another.
What happens when the bug occurs? The milestones of an infant is and possibly other family members are reset.
What do you expect to see? The infant milestones to carry over.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The screen of my old laptop separated from the keyboard after years of use. Before it completely separated, I uploaded my most used Sims 4 save files to Google Drive so I could transfer them to a new laptop that I already had.
