Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? current
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? alot
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? have parent sim put infant in back carrier then do anything like Go Here or Ride Bike. have sim practice standing with infant.
What happens when the bug occurs? sim gets question mark above head and doesnt do Practice Standing with infant. sim puts infant in carrier when tasked then immediately takes infant out before doing other tasks like Go Here or Ride Bike.
What do you expect to see? parent sim teach infant to stand. parent sim leave infant in carrier when going to do tasks like Go Here or ride bike.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

sim parents wont teach infants to stand.

sim parents wont leave infants in back carriers for Go Here or Ride Bike tasks.

oh and..... stretchy infants and toddlers and shrinking children.... and severe lag and freezing each time you place so much as place one single floor tile.

in the bug forum one thread per issue is needed so EA can track them separately. 

Please check the compiled list for issues already reported and add your me too/voice to those. If an issue doesn't already have a thread, please create one bug report per issue.
