Rank reset to wrong rank

@zamri5am92 same here i was masters split 1 and should've been demoted to plat 2 for the new split instead i was demoted to gold 4 and on top of the that it shows i was Plat 2 for Split 1 which is incorrect it should say Master

Issue is happening to me. It is quite disappointing since I grinded to masters last split & I want to be rewarded for my efforts last split.

In the game "APax Legend"  I achieved a master tier by playing the rank game

After achieving the master tier, I got demoted and finished Split 1 with a diamond tier 2

According to the ranking data posted by ea, rank compensation is compensated based on the highest tier

Then I've achieved a master tier before, so even if I've been demoted, I should be able to get a master tier reward

Is that exactly what I know now?

I was demoted after achieving a master tier in Split 1, so I finished with a diamond tier 2

But today I checked my stats and found out that I achieved a master tier in Split 1 and why does it show up in the stats as my season finale tier, Diamond 2

I achieved a master, but isn't it normal if statistics show a split 1 master tier

Why is it marked in my stats as Diamond 2, the finishing tier, not the highest tier standard

Is it normal for statistics to come out as the finishing tier, not the original highest tier?

If it's can I get a master reward? As you say, I should be rewarded with master reward

Is it a bug that the stats say split 1 diamond 2 or is it normal because it comes out as a finishing score? Even if it's marked as the finishing score, is the reward given as the master tier, the highest achievement tier?

And if I achieve a master tier on Split 2 in this state, can I get an animation badge?

i have the same problem. When the ranked was reset, I play maybe two or three rank with my friends (they are playing on PC), After I back to the lobby, I founded that my rank was down to Siver4(it should be Golden3). And the last rank down to Plat4(it should be diamond 4). Picture 1 was the ranked reset Bug.My PSN was Dionysusbilibili

@EA_David Any update on this? Really don’t want to play ranked until I get my proper rank for split one back, and proper rank for the start of this split
