Ranked reset to the wrong rank [ Edited ]

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Reaching level 20 in the post game menu
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 06.04.23 ca. 17:30
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay, cannot play ranked with friends, cannot play ranked solo without severely degrading the experience for squad mates.
What happens when the bug occurs? Upon reaching level 20 I was given the rank plat 2, therefore I cannot play ranked with my friends who are also pretty new and therefore ranked appropriately low. Also I cannot play ranked solo without ruining the game for my mates.
Apparently I had 32,764 RP in the first split of the season, even though I only started playing Apex a week ago.
What should be happening instead? Probably be ranked rookie? I don't now for sure.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know

EDIT: This appears to be an integer overflow error, since the limit for 16 bit integers is 65535. 65535 / 2 = 32767.5, which is to close to my RP to be a coincidence. So I was ranked 1 unit below the minimum value and therefore got put a the absolut maximum value.

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby immediatly after reaching Level 20 (I just made the switch from console. So did teammate).
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu: After completing Duos match in Stormpoint and reaching level 20, in Lobby I opened all my Apex packs (21 total) while teammate went AFK. I opened Heirloom Shards and then a pack had Legendary Crafting materials. Teammate was Party Leader. When she came back, she tried to ready us up for rank and it gave error message. I check rank, it says Plat 2 9800/10600RP. It should be Rookie on brand new account.

How often does the bug occur? First time I see this.
How severe is your issue? Very severe.
What happens when the bug occurs? I selected Ranked Game Mode and it said I am Platinum 2. I closed my game and loaded back in and it stayed the same. I was streaming and I was suggested to play a ranked game. I figured maybe just a visual glitch. Wrong. I was paired with previous season Masters. Account now Plat 3. I did not play ranked again.
What should be happening instead? Brand new PC account, rank should be Rookie 0RP.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not a bug hunter. In all seriousness, check my account. Reset rank to Rookie.
For reference: Complete VOD published on Twitch stream search: Lurchette ; timestamp: 01:08:50 when we noticed our inability to rank together due to rank difference.

@EA_David why did you close the las thread ?? No rp was restored i deranked from plat 2 to rookie twice and had to start over!!! I passed my progression you said so nothing was restored? What about the time I lost from being deranked twice??? Don’t scam us players that put so much time and money into your game
