I don’ t really care about my current rank being gold 4, I just want  my reward at the end of the season for split 1(pred badge,trail and charm) 

I have multiple videos for proof of reaching predator rank (Proof is 2 hours before reset)
See below for screenshots I have a long video of me showing that I am pred before the rank reset of split 1 happened.

Extra info: my rank froze to D3 when the april fools update was released.

, after the split i ranked down to gold 2 and then few minutes later to silver 4

I logged in the first time and it showed I was in the correct rank demotion which is Platinum 2 but then I left to take some real estate classes and when I logged back in I was in Gold 4

What happens when the bug occurs? It makes me feel sad because I had already went through something similar season 13 I hit pred and didn’t get my badge. Now I hit pred again at 23.2rp and it’ shows I finished masters 18rp. I have proof.
What should be happening instead? I should have been reset to the correct rank and should show I finished #390 pred last split not masters 18k
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look into my account I have pictures I will be uploading as well showing everything.

Please help I worked hard to maintain predator rank and I was aiming for double predator this season. 

i finished with 23,230 RP #390 predator 

it currently shows I finished with 18,998 RP

it put me in rank Gold 4 instead of Platinum 2

i just want to make sure I get my predator for last split. 

it’s only fair, don’t worry about the rank reset I will grind it again..

I got reset to rookie 4 twice in a row from gold 1 i only saved my points by quitting before i gained any rp, this happened at the beginning of season 16 and you didn't do anything about it and i wasn't compensated for the 8k points i lost, now I'm already at gold 1 and it's happening again also i got to diamond 3 before the split and it's showing i got to diamond 4 that's another issue though.  @EA_David @XHelperZ

So you probably just progressed past the point where it would've restored you, so there was no need to apply this restoration in that case.

Just to make sure, when you get reset to Rookie 4, does it show up as if you're losing a massive amount of RP? (e.c -84213 RP)

If so, that should just be a visual bug which should resolve itself once you gain RP again.

As for the issue where the split rank doesn't properly display, it's being investigated.

@XHelperZ It isn't visual if i hadn't left i would have been reset to rookie 4 just like at the beginning of season 16 if you stay and gain any plus RP you're stuck in rookie 4 i know what I'm talking about it happened to me before 7 times now and whenever i stayed and played after it showed me as rookie 4 i get stuck unless i abandon the game and then it gives me back all the rp

What about previous seasons? I never got my predator badge from season 14 split 2, and it says I am masters, even though I was far above pred cap.
