Stats page displaying wrong rank for S16 split 1

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I ended the season as Diamond 4 last season. Left for a couple of months started again recebtly noticed I was placed in Rookie, didnt receive my last seasons rewards. Even after my 10 placements im Rookie 2

I was at one point in Masters but I have recieved Diamond rewards at the beginning of season 19.

What happens when the bug occurs? didn't receive ranked rewards for s18 i hit and maintained predator for season 18 but then just a day before the new season i got a false communications ban then it got lifted, i signed in my ea account on pc to play after it got lifted then realized i didn't receive my ranked rewards from season 18 for pred. ‌
What should be happening instead? to recieve my pred badge and banner

I have a similar problems. My stats from Season 18 indicate like I was "Rookie IV". In fact, I was a "Gold IV". However, I received all gold rewards, but I still don't understand what is going on here and it's annoying. Are all players having this problem!? Is it gonna be fixed!? And btw. alot of my previous rankes got shown with this provisional match frame arround it. Even season 17. The "Gold III" has this ring around.

I noticed another strange thing a few moments ago. For season 5, which was a long time ago, it says that my battle pass was level 2. 2!!! But I was actually level 100.

Why are the stats so broken lately?

Edit: Can someone please check if season 5 pass-banner is displaying correctly on their account under "Stats". So that I know it's not an account related issue. I have not used Cross Progression btw.

Edit 2: Are they working on the "Rookie IV" thing I showed in the screenshot or will it stay that way? Can someone from EA perhaps say something about this pls!?

I have a problem. 

I got to master in season 18. Bcs I still wanted to play with my friend, I went back to diamond.

At the end, I got diamond rewards. This should not be the case bcs you get the rewards from you highest achieved rank. (written in rules)

Could someone help me get the correct master ranked rewards?

Is there any update or statement from EA? A friend of mine has exactly the same problem. He was "Platinum" last season and in the stats for season 18 it says "Rookie 4". So I'm not the only one. It doesn't seem to be quite the same problem as many others have, as we received the correct rewards, but the stats and what is shown there should be correct as well! Will this be fixed in one of the next patches? Or can someone from EA take a look at my account and fix it by hand if necessary?

I hit master season 18 - I received Rookie reward - it's like a slap in the face - help desk does not help

I think they will not do anything about it
