incorrect rank rewards for season 17

Same and it’s dumb too cuz unlike most of the player base I actually grinded my * off for masters instead of ratting

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I ended the season as Diamond 4 last season. Left for a couple of months started again recebtly noticed I was placed in Rookie, didnt receive my last seasons rewards. Even after my 10 placements im Rookie 2

How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay. Im deranked tothe bottom and have to climb through the boring stages of ranked 
What happens when the bug occurs? Didnt receive rewards and got deranked
What should be happening instead? I should be demoted to Plat 4 I think?

What should be happening instead? i should have a pred badge instead of a masters
