Incorrect league player in pack

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I completed the 'Premium la liga upgrade" SBC and was thrilled to have received a special card. The only problem is that player is not a la liga player. The description shows that i will recieve 12 la liga players. I contacted ea help chat and they pointed me here.
What happens when the bug occurs? When i pkace the card in my team its all red links as this is a ligue 1 player and not a la liga player.
What should be happening instead? I should have had a good la liga player.

Please can this be resolved asap. Im now stuck with a player that i cannot use.

Ive been wanting to complete more of the SBC for 12 premium la liga players but want this to be sorted before i can complete more. Please can this be sorted? I know i seem impatiant i just want it resolved. Thanks again.
