How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Ingame Time setting are not following real time.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After the winter to summer time change the ingame time dos not follow it. Eg. My Daily Activities reset us set to 7:00PM, but it will only reset at 8:00PM.

All my time settings are active only 1 hour after the preset time schedule.

Thank you for the report. Players can change the reward payout times twice a year. If a mistake was done in the change the players can contact EA Help support to get assistance. However, CSR can only revert the Time Zone to what it was before and do not set a new time zone. If you need help understanding how payout time can be changed, there is an EA Help article available for all our players.

The problem is that the timezone that you put us in are simply not correct. I live in a timezone where there is DST. Therefore, I canno revert back to a previous timezone as I never changed timezone.
