Summarize your bug I received t6 rewards after I completed all the feats. I shoukd have received t7 rewards.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It seems very random. I'm the only person I know that this happened to.

Top phots shows my reward status on the bottom left. 

Bottom photo shows I only received 40 razor crest shards where I should have received 44.

In game help told me there is nothing they can do to rectify the rewards.   For as much time and money that I have put into the game I would appreciate it if you made this right.

We're they able to get the correct rewards. I submitted a ticket and they basically told me nothing can be done
