Incorrect counting of guild’s Han Solo inventory in pit simming settings [ Edited ]

Summarize your bug EDIT (09/04/2019): Since I reported this bug my guild had multiple raids and two territory wars with all members participating so everyone had logged in at least once. Also since then two more members promoted their han solo to 7 stars yet the counter is still at 26. This is very frustrating. Original post: My guild has 30 7 star han solo’s (counting was done by hand and using a bot, screenshot attached), but the counter in pit simming settings is only counting 26. In fact this morning we had 29 and after tonight’s raid one of the members promoted their han solo to 7 stars, bringing us to 30, yet the game still shows 26. This is important to us as we will have advanced players coming soon and would like to sim the raid but unless the counter shows the correct number we will not be able to do so. All our members are active and login at least once a day. Thank you for your help!

Hi @Cheunh-Ktah and thank you for the report.

We recently published a server fix for this particular issue, which should count the numbers correctly, once all players with a 7 star Han Solo logged in. Our internal logs also are only showing 26 eligible members of your guild, but going through all members rosters confirmed that you indeed have 30 7-star Han Solos in your guild. We flagged this with the team now.

Hey guys, thanks for checking. It’s been a week and since the time I reported this issue 41 out of 42 of our guild members actively participated in the two territory wars, so they obviously logged in several times. Yet we’re still at 26/35 on the han counter though. Any idea what could be happening?

We are experiencing the same thing.. We have 36 in total, still shows up as 31/35..

Having the same issue. Been stuck at 26/35 for months even though we currently have 31 Han solo's at 7*.
