Incorrect Hut playoff cup

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I qualify for the pro cup in hut but it only let me acess amateur cup and i was in division 4 at that time.
What happens when the bug occurs? It only lets me play in the amateur cup/
What do you expect to see? I was supposed to see the pro cup instead.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’ve been in Div 1 for some time now but didn’t qualify for Elite playoffs but Rookie Cup instead.
What happens when the bug occurs? I’m only able to play Rookie/Amateur cup.
What do you expect to see? I was supposed to see the Elite cup.

I've also read from NHLHUT subreddit that there are many others having the same issue as well.
