My phone had SWGOH running and I had put it in my pocket where it inadvertently ordered two finalizer packs with my Crystals. Each pack was worth 1250 crystals, for a total of 2500 crystals. I was not planning on making this purchase and would like to get the crystals refunded. I have not used any of the resources provided by the pack at this time. This just happened within the last 30 minutes of me entering this ticket. Could I get these crystals refunded back to my account?

Please contact swgoh customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-galaxy-heroes/how-to-contact-support-for-star-war... ) and let them know about the inadvertent purchase. In many cases, they can refund some or all of the crystals that were accidentally spent. Good luck!
